Q: Is my child safe to use this site?
A: Your child's safety while online is of utmost importance to us. If your child is under 13, we encourage you to please review this site first to ensure you are entirely happy with the contents. We encourage all parents to be active in their child's online experience. Your child will NEVER be contacted by any advertiser or third party. We take steps to make anonymous your child's e-mail address and only use our retrieval system to send a validation e-mail, and in cases of a lost or forgotten password.
Q: How does Super Geek Heroes ensure that all material is safe and appropriate for children?
A: We enforce a very strict review process of all of the content available on the website and via our VoD partner applications. This process includes our staff of multiple viewers watching the cartoon (or clip or trailer) in full prior to its final approval on each site. Things we take into consideration: general messages, specific dialogue and implied topics.
Q: How can I remove my child's access to this site?
A: Simply e-mail us and we can disable their access if you wish. We are happy to note, however, that our VoD partners offer parental controls on their iOS and Android apps that allow you to limit your child's access to only preschool and educational shows including the Super Geek Heroes.
